As I sit here and watch another boring England International Friendly, I can’t help but think that Kevin Nolan has been pretty hard done by over his whole career, for not getting a call up. His career stats are pretty impressive for a midfielder, but I think Nolan was unfortunate, and in his own words, he’s been around at the same time as 3 of the best attacking midfielders in the world in Scholes, Gerrard and Lampard*spit*.
