Apparently due to the financial fair play rule we are not going to be signing Andy Carroll next season. This rule states you cant spend more then your TV payments which means if we spent 17 million on Carroll that would leave nothing extra to strengthen the squad. Allardyce has been saying that will effect his big spending plans but begs the question just how much does he plan on spending?
