Allardyce needs a new career, he would probably be the world’s best salesman. Just after he left he said ‘I left the squad in a great shape and it’s down to Bilic to take it to the next level’ Basically we will start with a new squad and all his backroom staff are gone. The squad will start with a clean slate because of all the mess that’s been left behind…Jarvis can go, Maiga can …

If it’s true that Monaco have accepted our bid then it is minimum 25 Million, apparently they will make a loss at 18 because they bought him for 16 Mil and Toulouse have a sell on clause. Also he is regarded as the best defender in France right now and in todays currant market he should really be valued at 30-35 Million especially when you consider the prices players are selling for in this country. You telling me he …

Trawling the Marseille forums it would appear that Marseille have a salary cap. West Ham have played it smart and offered him a salary above their cap. Payet has gone to the Chairman and asked for this salary because he wants to stay. The only way he can get this is the chairman going to shareholders and asking to give him what he wants but then you open the flood gates. Things are all of

so for over a week we have all been assuming Payet is about to sign, tonight we hear it’s nowhere near a cert in fact it’s probably dead now. First of all Payet wants to stay so that’s not a good sign to start with, secondly we have had a £14 Million bid turned down and now the club are thinking another bid makes him too expensive so I can see them now pulling the plug. Yet again…

It’s about 50/50 with regards to signing Song on a permanent. But for 5 Million quid is an absolute steal and Ive seen enough of the fella to know he is class. The second half of his season was terrible but remember that was under Allardyce and pretty much the whole of the squad were playing shit once they knew Dino was out the door and we were pretty much safe. We all know there was something going on between…

It’s never going to happen but if it ever did we’d be back to the most hated club in England again 😁 with Wigan and blades making money claims again and Warnock protesting outside the gates with a placard saying ‘tevez go home!’

Because everything was so top secret we never really knew if the stories were true or not. But for the players to discuss it must of meant he was very close to joining. Even though I’m with Bilic I still would of preferred Bielsa simply because he is a top manager that has the experience the club was banging on about. I guess the reason it never happened was because Bielsa was dragging his heels and eventually the club needed…

We’ve had some legendary goalkeepers these last 20 years – or so I thought. We’ve also had some totally forgettable ones as well, & some unbelievably bad ones as well. All these 19 (& I’m sure I’ve forgotten a few) have played at least once for whufc – but how many can you name? So that’s from Luděk Mikloško onwards – (number 8) & no, I hadn’t forgotton to add Raimond van der Gouw , as he didn’t
