A report in the Daily Telegraph claims that West Brom manager Slaven Bilic is ready to offer West Ham a £1.5 million loan fee in a bid to ensure Grady Diangana stays at West Brom for the season. West Brom are also considering a further £3million offer to keep the winger on loan for next season, regardless of whether the club returns to the Premier League.
