West Ham United have had a loan bid for Southampton’s Jason Puncheon rejected. Puncheon is also wanted by Middlesbrough, Crystal Palace, Millwall and Blackpool but Southampton want around £1m to offset their £6.5m bid for Celtic striker Gary Hooper, 23.
