Seems like we’re going to go for the cheaper option, & according to The Sun today, the Carroll deal is just too expensive for us, & Rickie Lambert is being lined up as his natural replacement & at 6 million – a snip, compared to a 17 million transfer deal + £84k-a-week over four years……….
