Andy Carroll will jet back into London to cheer on West Ham United as they face Fulham in a battle of the Premier League strugglers at Upton Park. The Hammers’ record signing has been in Amsterdam this week as he steps up his rehabilitation from the heel problem which has kept him sidelined since the summer.
