In the next few days, Manchester United will be hosting Juventus in the Champions League in the third group game.
As you would expect both teams will be looking the secure the win, but for slightly different reasons.
Under-pressure boss Jose Mourinho and his Manchester United team have experienced an inconsistent start to the season, already suffering 3 defeats in their first eight league games. Their start to their Champions League campaign has been better with one win and one draw. A win here would take the pressure off the team and put them in a strong position to reach the knockout stage.
Meanwhile, Juventus will be hoping to extend their lead at the top of the group. The Italian side have already won their first two games and another victory here will show people why they are amongst the favourites to lift the prestigious trophy at the end of the season. Although this is a huge game for both clubs, it will also be an emotional one for Cristiano Ronaldo. The Portuguese superstar will be returning to Old Trafford to face his former club, Manchester United.

Ronaldo eventually moved to Real Madrid in 2009 where he spent the next nine years. During his time at Madrid, Ronaldo broke numerous records, such as becoming Real Madrid’s all-time leading scorer and being part of the team that won three consecutive Champions League trophies.
