Next 3 Games Crucial for The Hammers

The struggling Hammers face Leicester City, Liverpool and Brighton in their next 3 games – and under the return of manager David Moyes, these are three games that are very important.

In quite possibly the most competitive Premier League table in decades, the Hammers are just above relegation zone at 16th – and this has not been helped by the resurgence of rejuvenated teams such as Everton, Watford, Newcastle and Southampton.

Hammers Home Ground

Whilst there seemed to be a number of struggling teams at the beginning of the season, the role of new managers and new found form has given the likes of Burnley, Everton and Southampton a strong mid-table position.

West Ham recorded an excellent win against Bournemouth two weeks, at the expense of a team with horrendous form.

Whilst Norwich and Aston Villa look set for Championship football next season, they are two teams that can deliver surprising results and should not be written off just yet.

West Ham will play the top 3 teams in their next 5 games

Whilst Leicester City are on the back of two defeats, they may see a home match against West Ham on Wed 22nd as an opportunity to maintain some form.

This game is followed by a home match to Liverpool, home to Brighton, an away day at City and another away game at Liverpool.

By no means are these easy games and a poor run of results could see West Ham in the bottom 3 or even bottom by Valentine’s Day. Odds according to Top-Casino-Bonus.com show West Ham at 3/1 to go down.

David Moyes will be looking for his team and supporters to give him some extra commitment over these crucial upcoming weeks, especially as he tries out new formulas and tactics to get the best from his players.

Even a draw against a top 3 side and a potential win at home to Brighton could be enough to put West Ham back on the map and hopes of a mid-table finish and a half-decent cup run.

Some new signings in January could be crucial to re-energise the squad and give some fresh blood and competition for places.

Otherwise, I am sorry Mr Moyes, this could be a very difficult few weeks ahead.
