Former West Ham captain Nigel Reo-Coker says West Ham need a complete overhaul and have to recruit a real director of football with a vision. He told Sky Sports he understands the frustrations and rollercoaster of emotions suffered by supporters but says the club should be rebuilt with young British players from the West Ham academy at their heart. He said it is different to understand who is in charge at Wests Ham but feels that former players can help the club integrate foreign players and get them to understand what West Ham is all about.
