Apart from DiCanio, Slaven Bilićs name often appears top of many peoples list of Fat Sams ‘natural’ replacement for the job of manager, well it ain’t gonna happen for a while at least. Following the 2012 euro tournament, Bilić is (apparently) heading to Russia to manage FC Lokomotiv Moscow.
