He is a numbers man. Apparently he only works with stats and is number crunching everyday and works out his formation and team accordingly (hence the bizarre subs and tactics). It turns out we are the number one crosser of the ball! With the highest success rate of the ball meeting a player at the other end!! As they say the stats speak for themselves…
