Kevin Nolan believes West Ham United need to be playing in Europe by the time they move into the Olympic Stadium and believes that Sam Allardyce is the right man to achieve that goal. The West Ham United skipper also says Andy Carroll should be in the England squad as he offers something that no other striker in the Premier League does.
