West Ham have agreed a deal to sign Besiktas midfielder Gokhan Tore for £13million, according to Turkish broadcaster Lig Tv. The report claims the two clubs have reached an agreement for one of Slaven Bilic’s long term targets, and that the transfer will now go ahead this summer. It was being reported by Turkish-football.com last month
