Stadium owners E20 have yet to approve West Ham’s Community Plan which is a requirement of the London stadium agreement which was signed over five years ago. In a recent freedom of information published at the end of August the owners say: “In the opinion of E20, the current Community Plan does not fully comply with clause 2.4 of Schedule 4 of the Concession Agreement.
