A new facility introduced this season allows West Ham season ticket holders to legally forward their ticket on email to anyone they choose to. The club quietly dropped the ticket forwarding functionality from the ticketing website at the end of last season which allowed forwarding of your ticket to a supporter with a West Ham client reference number with the recipient paying a booking fee of £1.50 to download the ticket.
